We On Clouds stands behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Period:

Full refund within 30 days

Store credit or exchange within 60 days

Item Condition Requirements:

Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Shoes must show no signs of wear or outdoor use.

Return Process:

Please send your order number and reason for return to info@clouon.com and receive your Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours.

Please package the item securely and clearly mark it with the RA number.

Ship the item to our Returns Center using any trackable service.

Refund Details:

We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Important Note:

Final sales are non-returnable.

Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
